Grown for Landscape Pros

Walk the yard once. The bid writes itself.

From spring cleanups to full design-build, describe what the property needs while you walk it — plantings, hardscape, irrigation — and a signed-ready bid is waiting before your boots are back in the truck.

Landscaper walking a paver path through manicured garden beds while building a bid in the Smart Scope app

Grow the business, not the paperwork.

Photos become the scope

Snap the yard, the grade, the beds — the AI turns property photos into a complete scope with line items.

Your price book, built in

Set your rates for plantings, hardscape, and maintenance visits once — every bid prices itself consistently after that.

Talk it out, don't type it

Call it out as you walk — "six yards of mulch, twelve irrigation heads, redefine the beds" — and it lands as priced line items.

Win the job on-site

Price it while you're still walking the property with the homeowner — the bid is signed before the other crew calls back.

Get paid without the chase

Phase deposits on the patio build, per-visit billing on the mowing route — payments land in the app, no chasing checks.

Know every job's margin

See what the $60k patio design-build clears next to the 40-property mowing route — one app that speaks both businesses.

Learn the app on sample landscaping jobs first.

Load 100 sample landscaping scopes — paver patio installs, sod replacements, retaining walls, full-bed cleanups and mulch, tree and shrub plantings, and drainage fixes. Each one has tagged line items, a running activity history, scope-of-work notes, and a financial breakdown with the margin already done. Rearrange stages, tweak prices, learn the flow. None of it is real, so none of it can come back to bite you.

The sample 400 sq ft paver patio splits into pavers and base gravel, polymeric sand and edging, and a three-man crew for three days — margin calculated below the line.
You'll see every stage in play: a new call for a spring cleanup, a scheduled sod install, a followup on a client hesitating on a retaining wall quote, and won patio builds with the 4-part payment schedule accepted.
All 100 are tagged as samples. Clear Sample Data wipes them in a single tap, and your real scopes never move an inch.

Landscaper questions, answered

Does Smart Scope handle landscaping-specific pricing?

Yes — your price book is fully yours. Set rates for plantings, hardscape, irrigation, and maintenance visits, and the AI applies your numbers to every bid automatically.

Can it handle a full design-build bid?

Yes — walk the property, photograph each area, and talk through the vision. The AI drafts the scope with your plantings, hardscape, and labor rates as line items, and you fine-tune the design details before sending.

What about maintenance contracts?

Build maintenance proposals from your per-visit rates and send them like any other bid — customers sign digitally, and renewal season becomes an afternoon of sending instead of a week of typing.

What does Smart Scope cost?

One subscription with everything included. See current plans on the pricing section of our home page, or download the app and take a look for yourself.

Does it work where there's no signal?

Capture doesn't need one. Site Walk notes, photos, form filling, and nameplate scanning all work offline — basements, crawlspaces, and dead zones included — and sync when you're back in coverage. AI drafting runs when you have a connection, so walk the job dark and let the estimate build on the drive out.

Is there an Android version?

Smart Scope runs on iPhone and iPad today; Android is on the roadmap. Your customers don't need the app at all — estimates, forms, and the portal open as web links on any device.

Does it replace my dispatch or routing software?

No — and it doesn't try. Smart Scope is the estimating layer: it wins the job, then pushes the scope to QuickBooks, Smart Service, or ServiceTitan, live today. Your dispatch board and routing stack stay right where they are.

Can my crew use it too?

It's built for the person doing the estimating, but it doesn't stop there — dispatch scopes to other users, put EyesOn live video in every tech's hand, and let the office follow along on Command OPS.

What does it cost to try?

Nothing — 45 days, full app, no credit card. When the trial ends you're never auto-charged; the app goes view-only until you decide, and your data stays yours to export.

Can my applicator license show on proposals?

Your license numbers ride on every branded PDF, and treatment details land in the scope — so commercial clients and the state board both see exactly what was applied and by whom.

Evenings are for the porch, not paperwork.

Download Smart Scope and send the next bid from the driveway.
