This site should work for everyone.
We want every contractor to be able to use trysmartscope.com — with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or a voice. If anything on this site gets in your way, call (888) 518-0818, text SCOPE to 59232, or email hello@trysmartscope.com. A real person answers.
What standard do we aim for?
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the widely accepted standard for accessible websites. That covers color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and clear page structure.
What have we done so far?
The site is built with clear headings and page structure, descriptive alt text on images, text colors that meet AA contrast on our dark theme, visible keyboard focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, menus that open without a mouse, and pages that adapt to phones, tablets, and zoomed-in text.
Where are we still improving?
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a checkbox. We review new pages and features against WCAG 2.1 AA as we ship them, and we re-audit the site periodically. Some third-party content we link to or embed may not fully meet the standard yet.
Found a problem?
Tell us — it helps more people than you. Email hello@trysmartscope.com or call (888) 518-0818 and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. A real person reads every report, and we fix what's fixable.
What about the Smart Scope app?
The Smart Scope iOS app supports the accessibility features built into iOS, including VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and voice input — talking to the app is the whole idea. If something in the app doesn't work with your assistive technology, email us and we'll dig in.
Something in your way?
Email hello@trysmartscope.com and a real person will help. Accessibility feedback goes straight to the people who can fix it.
